●ZJBM and ZSAM Quantitative Oil Injector
ZJBM and ZSAM are pressure type quantitative oil injector. Oil injection is performed when system pressurization, and oil storage is performed when system pressure relief, and they are applicable to PDI periodic lubrication system. The lubricating oil can be delivered to the lubrication points at the determined oil injection amount. ZJBM and ZSAM are applicable to the periodic lubrication system with the working pressure of 1.75～3.5MPa, and the oil distribution precision is high.
Working principle: When system pressurization, the oil pushes the valve disk to move, which blocks up the middle hole of hole guide bar and pushes the plunger to move upwards to compress the spring, releasing the oil. When system unloading, the spring recovers, and the valve disk moves downwards to block up the oil inlet, making the oil stored in the meter chamber. The aforesaid movements will repeat when the system re- pressurization.
