●VERSAⅢ Electrical Lubrication Pump
VERSAⅢ electrical lubrication pump, which is a kind of gear pump, has the following advantages: reasonable structure, excellent performance, perfect functions, wide application, good self-suction performance and high volumetric efficiency. Its oil tank capacity has multiple specifications: 2L, 3L, 4L and 6L. The 4L and 6L- oil tank has two types: plastic tank and metal tank. The pump is equipped with liquid level switch, and pressure switch also can be provided according to the actual needs. The pressure switch can be connected with the SM-AC program controller of the pump, and it also can be connected with the program control system of the user’s main equipment, realizing the monitoring of the oil level in the oil tank and the pressure of the oil delivery system and setting of the lubrication interval.
VERSAⅢ electrical lubrication pump can form SLR system with meter units (MU), control units (CJBM, CJBH) and quantitative oil injector (PDI), so as to make oil proportionally injected to the lubrication points for lubrication.
Running time range of VERSAⅢ: 1~999s, intermittence time range: 1~9999 min.

Note: ⒈If lubricating grease or lubricating oil with extremely low viscosity, the requirements shall be given for special supply.
⒉If meter units are to be provided, please indicate it when ordering, and the maximum oil pressure is 0.8MPa.
