●Positive Displacement (PDI, XJM) Lubricating Oil Lubrication System
Positive displacement lubricating oil lubrication system, which is a kind of automatic centralized lubrication system, comprises lubrication pump, quantitative oil injector, pipeline accessories and control part. Oil feed can be performed quantitatively and precisely for the lubrication points according to needs, and the error rate is about 5%. The oil feed amount is controlled by the quantitative oil injector. The minimum oil feed amount is 0.025m1/time; the maximum oil feed amount is 0.5m1/time; the working pressure of the system is 1.75~3.5MPa; the viscosity range of lubricating oil is 10~2000mm2/s; the filtering precision is 25~40μ; and 1~200 lubrication points can be set.
System principle: The pump delivers the pressure oil; the oil chamber of the quantitative oil injector receives the oil (unloading type). When the system pressure increases to 1.4~1.75MPa after the oil chamber is full, the pressure switch of the system will be closed. The pump stops, and the unloading valve performs unloading; the oil pressure of the pipeline reduces to below 0.2MPa; the quantitative oil injector starts injecting oil to lubrication points, and one time of lubrication is completed.
There is also pressure type quantitative oil injector. When the pump delivers the pressure oil, the oil injector feeds oil to lubrication points while receiving oil.
